question on ratings?

Does anyone know if you can use the ratings system for random playbacks. For example I want to set up my music list so that when it goes to random selection it only selects songs that are rated. And songs rated higher will play more often. Songs not rated can be chosen but will not play randomly. I have heaps of songs like "happy birthday" that I want available but not to play randomly. Comments much appreciated - martin.

no problem: simply create a music selection (press CTRL+F) with the rule

Select [tracks] with [all] of the following criteria:
[My rating] [is set]

Save the music selection eg. under the name "Good ones" and close the music selection window.

Then, open the settings dialog (press ALT+P) and select the created music selection at "Playback / Automatic control / AutoPlay ... from the music selection [Good ones]"

Just another qiuck question - how do you save these files? I unloaded them and when I reloaded all the ratings were gone?
