Advice on Touch Screen Monitor

I am going to build a touch screen jukebox in my home game room and am looking for advice on which 17-19" touch screen monitor to buy.

I want to mount it flush in the wall with a pc located a few feet behind the wall in a closet.

Is there anything special I need to look for in order for it to be compatible with SilverJuke?

Is 1280 X 1024 a good resolution to look for in the monitor?

I prefer it to be USB capable so I can still use the standard computer monitor for other functions. Is that doable?

Everything sounds good for me :-) As far as I know, the touchscreen simply simulates a mouse, there is nothing "special" needed for Silverjuke.
