Exclusive Licensing of Silverjuke on jukeboxes

Dear Sirs,

We are currently trying to secure some finance/backing for the manufacture of our Silversmith jukebox.

Would you consider giving us exclusive rights to the software in terms of it being loaded onto a professional jukebox? The software could still be sold to private buyers.

We could either pay a fee for this or could gaurantee a number of sales to secure this.

If we gauranteed 400 sales per year could we secure the exclusive rights to the software when being loaded onto a commercial jukebox?

Hello Chris,

I think this stuff should be discussed in a PM or in an E-Mail. However, as it is here now, some comments:

- What about customers that do not buy any special hardware but ?

- What would be the fee? Are we talking about ?

- Please note, that there are already commercial licences out there. If we do an agreement, these licences must stay intact, including updates.
