I do skinning for other software and mostly i can use scroll.
it will be like this:

we have read your post, and we will check this. Thank you very much! However, I think this won't receive a high priority (what to the other user think of this?). What exactly would you like to see scrolling? The lines of texts in the display?

it will be usefull for every textline you insert in a skin.
sort of a Attribute.
like the display or just text (i have inserted some helpfull text in my skin, so everybody understand what they are doing)
