New User some question

Hello,

I'm working myself currenty through all teh options / skins / settings and possibilities of SilverJuke - needless to say I like it.

What I want to do is to run it in a party room so teh guest have the possibility to organize their music themself

Some questions from my side - maybe someone has an idea how to make this possible:

- Autoimport - is there a way that if a user is connecting a USB Stick the Music on it will be automatically imported to the Musik Library? The idea is that this way the Library will grow with teh music teh guest want to hear

- Automatic rescann of library for changes (like every hour or whatever)

- Scroll - I like the feature that you can drag and drop a title to the playlist - but special in a touchscreen environment a user might like to scroll with the finger through the library - at teh moment you have to use teh scrollbars (what I have seen) - so can the behaviour changed?

- User Interaction via Webbrowser - for Mobile: This is more like a feature request - but having a webpage for the user to select a song would be cool - like you get a barcode with the webpage where you need to authtenticate yourself and can select a song afterwards to be added to the playlist

Hello,

Thk you for the info - about teh batchfile for USB is seems not to be taht easy - but I'm searching trough the net :) - I also found a script in teh forum for autoscan when a usb is insereted - but for whateber reason it does not run on my Windows10 unit - maybe teh dev will come back.

About teh Touch thing - sorry for being not clear:

In th album view ( when you croll teh whole view will move - it would be nice to let the cover stay in place but only move the songs listed. Now when you touch at a point wheer no songs is you can move the content around which is not really scrolling. So more a behaviour like you have it on every smartphone for scrolling throgh lists.

OK - have a working solution now - if anyone is interested:

- You need The ScriptProgramm AutoIT and two small scripts (The AutoIT Script and the cmd for the robocopy command)

Ah, good old AutoIT Script. A perfect tool for these kind of jobs.

Hm - something else - I can't see several settings described in the forum - like Trackinfo (to display the rating) - tried it on two machines but these settings are not here.

Ok - sorry - found it - it's directly in View and n ot in teh settings anymore
