You must create two music selections yourself with the exact names of "Karaoke On" and "Karaoke Off".

It's up to you how you make them match your tracks, but I always suggest putting the karaoke tracks in a separate directory tree with ".../Karaoke/..." somewhere in its path. Then you define one selection as "filename contains /karaoke/" and the other as "filename does not contain /karaoke/".

(In understand the confusion, I added some more explanation to the config dialog and the warning when the skin can't find them.)

Wow! Fantastic job. The best skin yet. Love the functions you've added and the design very much.
I do have one thought tho, how to turn off the pause/play function to dummy proof it from interupting a singer while another person searches. I run a dual screen to enable someone to search while another sings. I didn't select the option in silverjuke, but the pause/play is still available. What can I do about that?

You found a bug. To enable it currently you also have to activate "in windowmode apply same restrictions as in kiosmode". I'll fix this next beta.

Hi All,

Next beta with new nice warning (besides the ugly error) if the DLL is not found, explained karaoke on/off filters better, made karaoke filters working together with kioskmode limiting filter (instead of replacing it), increased keyboard size, added workaround to refresh the playlist if an external source added/deleted songs, added informative display of some silverjuke settings in the skin config, made pausing respect the silverjuke setting correctly both in and out of kioskmode...



...and still no volumeslider!

You can always keep the v2 installed and switch over if you run into something. That is if you will be present yourself (instead of renting out).

The keyboard is the one defined in the silverjuke virtual keyboard settings, which means you can use any layout from silverjuke or separate downloads on the forum.

It is just the normal Silverjuke virtual keyboard, only the display is different. See for how to select a layout.

Capital/non capital is not important and ignored for searching purposes. But any keyboard layout I tested just has the digits on the top row, doesn't yours?

There is nothing in PNG files, the keyboard you see is generated runtime. In fact the main PNG is this one:

To modify the layout you would have to edit/create a *.sjk (=SilverJukeKeyboard) definition. This is certainly possible using the documentation supplied . You could even display capitals by default like you suggested. And if you do: please share the layout?
