Cover Art - CD Case Skin

Can someone please help me?

I love SilverJuke and currently use the Eagle Blue Touch skin (amongst others) but find the generic square cover art taking away from the rounded glossy look of the skin.

I found the CD Case skin I would like to use as an overlay in the skin but have NO idea on how to add it. It was done by a german gentleman names Markus K in his skin (Pic attached), so it is possible, and would really appreciate it if someone could please post me detailed instructions on where or how to add a custom cover overlay with a transparent image I have that would look great over the cover.

I have not edited any skins, but can search and replace content and images in XML's etc. If someone can post an example with which files to edit and where to insert the sample code I might even be able to insert it.

I would really appreciate it.

Although I think it was a terrific idea & implementation, unfortunately this was not changed in the skin... The user you are talking about just replaces each and every coverimage with the same image with the CD box included.

See if you speak german, the gist of it is he used Photoshop to layer a square portion of his background, the CD-case picture, and the original cover all together to create a new cover.

But instead of doing that yourself, you can also wait for a hopefully soon-to-come update of the bluetouch skin doing exactly what you want. (The limitation will be you must have your coverimages as folder.jpg files in your album directories or as ID3-tag inside your music file.)

Try Graphite Skin by Frenchi, and you'll find something similar (on the "now playing" view); l'm sure you'll like it !

No, that is just the cover for the "now playing" album, which is a free placable image. The workspace (the area where you select the albums) is a different beast altogether.
