I have been thru many many diferent jukeboxes and i always come back to Silverjuke. I was planning on using wine to emulate windows environment for silverjuke with DSL (Damn-Small-Linux)but i see that you have a Linux version of S/J in the pipe. Any guess-timations on the release of it. I would be more than happy to beta test and help find bugs. I have used all major flavors of *nix - SuSE, Fedora Core 1-4, Mandriva (formerly Mandrake), Ubuntu, Debian-Knoppix-DSL (my favs (al Debian derivative). Anyway, just let me know if i can be of service. Thanks

Re: Linux Version
Hello, no, we cannot tell you a concrete date for the first (beta-)release of the linux version. Sorry. However, I can tell you that we've just ported Silverjuke's underlaying "sound processing" to be more portable
And, of course, we need beta-testers so any help would be appreciated. To get on the list of beta-testers, just send an e-mail to drsilver@silverjuke.net or sign in to our .
