Numpad kiosk mode not working?

Numpad kiosk mode not working?

This is going to sound stupid I'm sure,,but how do I use the numpad mode? I have used real jukeboxes before of course. You find your album (say 005)
and then your track number (say 010) so you would input 005 - 010 then enter....right?

However when I try this nothing seems to happen. I've tried the number keys and the numpad on a keyboard both.

Linux *ubuntu 16.04LTS
