Shift to new letter - shortcut.

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is an shortcut to cycle trough the letters? So if you push a button you go to the next letter (A - (push) B - (push) C - ...) and if you should push another button you go back ( ... - (push2) C - (push2) B - ...).

If there is no shortcut of some kind, is there a workaround?
