Re: Wow 2.7 Development stopped ???
Well, I have remained a happy user, don't need much more in SJ for my purposes. However, we have this thing called Windows 7 now. Yes, Vista sucked, no point in supporting that. However both my own testing and word on the street indicate that M$ learned from their foibles.
So, O wise development team, where now. SJ stutters and spits when I try to play it under Win7. What to do?

Hello WOM,
our rough Windows 7 checks were just fine. However, be assured, as soon as Windows 7 gets more important, we will have an even closer look.

Re: Wow 2.7 Development stopped ???
I see a lot of "don't worry we are working on it posts" dating back over a year, but very little in the way of real news or developments. To be more honest, the only reason that this product appers to be at all attractive is due to the work by SilverEagle (and to a lesser extent a few other skin developers). The package is not very touchscreen friendly and that is a huge minus. While SilverJuke appears to be a step in the right direction, it also appears to be a bit more work than the author has time to undertake. I keep checking back in hopes of further development but am a bit discouraged at the lack of progress and/or the chosen work items. While new sparkly features are great, refinement of the current featureset with attention towards touchscreen freindly components would be much more productive.
Re: Wow 2.7 Development stopped ???
here here, its a very good software but does lack a lot of touch screen access
for artist genre search and other settings compared to some juke software
i do understand that the designers do there best and thanks to silver eagle

I'm currently using Windows 7 in all my comp's and in the kiosk that is in testing. It is working fine atm.
