Major Prob w/connecting Bill Acceptor

Newbie to this stuff and need major help in figuring out how to connect a bill acceptor to my pc to be able to get sj working the way i want.

Have an MEI 2500 Series (110v) bill acceptor with an Ultracade UVI bill acceptor interface that connects to the serial port. They sent me a sample code sheet,

but i'm not sure how to utilize the code (program it, etc.) I'm lost. Could anyone please help ASAP. Thanks.

Mistake in the series of bill acceptor, it's a 2400 series. Wired with a 2 prong power adapter and a three prong send signal.

Yes. Have that as the interface. I guess I'm confused on wiring and definately the programming for the interface. I really am appreciating your help. Thank you.
