Music Database

Hi,

I have five computers in my household and I was wondering if it is possible to put the music database on my NAS server, them I will not have to update all five computers but only one each time I get new music.

If this is not an option today, it is perhaps something that can be incorporated in next version.

No. Please read step 3 again and follow literally my instructions, then afterwards when that works try your own variants I did not try without mappings so no idea if that is supported.

If that is your literal error message I think that iS from windows telling you your shortcut is invalid and not from Silverjuke?

When I say 'run "xxxxx"' I meant open a cmd window in c:\program files\silverjuke" and type in xxxxx. I always need a few tries to get shortcuts working myself, I never know where to put the quotes and such... I'm just an oldfashioned command-line-joe when I try to get things working .

If you'd just try the command line first, if it works you can iron out any shortcut wrinkels later...
