playlist won't load

I just made and saved a playlist. The next time I opened the software it said "cannot open playlist ....."- Any help with this issue? Thanks

The playlist is saved on a pc with no internet unfortunately...But as far as more details-

I queued up a bunch of songs in the silverjuke software. I then saved it under the main drop down menu in silverjuke, to my hard drive. When I click on the file it opens in windows media player, and when I tell silverjuke to open it is when I get the error message "cannot play playlist"

we cannot reproduce the problem here, in all of our tests, we can save and load the playlists without problems.

However, as B. told, the erroneous playlist may help, if possible, attach it to your post or send it to mailto:drsilver@silverjuke.net . Moreover, a screenshot and/or a more detailed error message would be helpful.
