Area with scrollbars?

Area with scrollbars?

I am trying to create an area within a skin that contains a lot of buttons to selected artists and layouts.

However the list is larger than the available space.

I would like to know if it is possible to use scrollbars in an area of a skin other than the workspace.

I think this is not possible. Maybe you can use some sort of "paging" buttons that switch over to different skins?
