1. How can I replicate a Silverjuke Install. eg I want to copy all my library and oprion settings from my desktop to my laptop.
What files must I copy following installation

2. I want to buy a 17" / 19" Touch Screen Monitor in Germany.
What is the best online source or shop for this in Germany? I have already tried Saturn / Media Markt / Pro Markt and none of them stock touch screens

You may also want to consider the following ebay auction. There are quite a few people, including myself, from a jukebox forum that are buying these. I purchased a 20 dollar cherry oak frame to mount around the monitor. It looks great and the touchscreen technology is excellent.
