Hello,
there is no need to save the data manually.
The entries (the meta-data for the tracks and covers) are always saved automatically to the Silverjuke database which you can find in the folder shown at "Settings/Basic settings/Further options/Files: Index file". Normally the database is placed at "C:Documents and Settings<Your name>Application DataSilverjukemymusic.db".
As most backups included "C:Documents and Settings", the Silverjuke database will be included as well. However, note that the database do not contain the music files themselves.
