Windows XP support

So far, Silverjuke 16.3.5 is the last version working (unofficially) on Windows XP without special workarounds. See for https://github.com/r10s/silverjuke/issues/73 details

If you're still using XP, we recommend a switch eg. to Lubuntu or Xubuntu which works good on older hardware.
