It would be great to be able to tag certain tracks as 'featured' tracks in an album. It would help users in a party atmosphere who are browsing through the catalog but don't necessarily know song names, or are unfamiliar with an artist but want to hear something 'good' by them.
Featured tracks would show up bolded, or with a star, or some other visual cue.

Re: Featured/Recommended Tracks
I like this idea, my music collection is becoming so large, that it can be a lengthy process for people to find a lot of the popular or featured tracks that they are usually looking for.

You do know about the rating system?
Which you can optionally show in a column in the workspace?
You can even filter on the ratings, showing for instance only the 5-star. Or just hide everything non-rated. The only thing that is missing probably is a better way to show it to the user, I think currently the optional list column is the only way.

PS: I'd like to point out that ABBA is not my favorite music, it is just alphabetically the first in my testset.
PSPS: And in real life 'Summer Night City" definitely has more stars than 'Angeleyes'!

Hi SilverEagle, glad to see posting. I'm familiar with the ratings system. However, I only use SilverJuke with your BlueTouch skin (I should have mentioned that in my original request), so I'm not sure how much use that would be for me.
Honestly, I think ratings are a little technical for my purposes. I don't want to clutter up your clean touchscreen interface with a bunch of numbers or stars, but being able to highlight certain songs would be great. The ratings system would be an easy way to designate songs (all 5 rating songs are bolded, for example).

Howdy!

Well, you need some way to indicate which songs are favorite, and using the existing rating-systems seems to me the most sensible way.

Neither do I!
But why should I not put a star in front of rated tracks with a number inside to indicate the rating? The overlay on an album could just be the highest rating of all album tracks. And I do not even need to make it optional, people not wanting ratings probably do not have rated songs.
I'll certainly look into this, and guess it will be my next improvement for BlueTouch.
