Unsorted tracks problem

Hello, Im new to the forum.
I've been spending the last two days working on silverjuke 3.01 and trying to figure the software out. I am interested in buying it but I have been facing a major problem. I need silverjuke to support GREEK characters for album, artists and song names. Silverjuke automatically imports the songs in greek characters but lists them under UNSORTED ARTISTS. The tags are all written correctly but it continues placing the song under UNSORTED ARTISTS.
After quite some time, I found out that it doesn't support GREEK characters in the ARTIST NAME field. The second you write the artist using GREEK characters, it automatically sorts them under UNSORTED ARTISTS.

We tend to buy quite a few licenses so we really hope there is a solution to this.

Hello Varak,

Hard to reproduce here, our tests with greek characters in tags are positive.

However, uf you send three or four erroneous files (of the same artist and of the same album) to drsilver@silverjuke.net , we will forward the problem to our labs.

We finally sort of solved our problem but have been facing another one. We realized that when videos are played, Silverjuke doesn't automatically change over to the screen. Is there a setting to preform this task?. Also, something that has been bothering me is the option "If appropriate, switch over automatically" which appears when you right click on the video screen. Although I have it CHECKED videos don't automatically change over.

the option you're looking for is really "If appropriate, switch over automatically" in the VideoScreen's menu. In general, this is working for us, however, we will have a closer look at this soon.
