Lose search results after updating database

Postby Jud0726 » 11. Mar 09, 16:07

After entering new data within SilverJuke, search results disappear and have to be retrieved. This is fairly easy to do but wouldn't it be better if the new results relative to the search query just refreshed on screen rather than the whole library? In other words, the only way to cancel a search would be to click the X button in the search window. Maybe I'm missing something.

Update: I've noticed that this does not happen if updating the Title but does if updating the Genre.

Hello George,

we reset the search after a music selection because it may be after the update, the search ist empty or invalid. However, maybe we can optimize this approach one day ;-)

Best regards,
Your Silverjuke-Team
