A textfile log would be totally fine for me!

Hello Silvereagle,
I think it may be a nice plugin. But I´m too stupid.
I had installed and can see the "extras - last fm similar" (I´m a german user and my english is very bad....)
But how to start the last-fm????? (confused)
thanks and habe a nice snowy weekend

Hi Jörg,

1) Start Silverjuke
2) Play a single song
3) Start the plugin (you see the dialog you mentioned)
4) click OK
It now added a handful of tracks from your library to the playlist, "similar" to the song you were playing, where what is "similar" is invisibly asked of the last.fm servers.
So it does not 'start last-fm' or anything like that. It only adds tracks from your own library.

Re: Generate playlist based on Last.fm 'similar tracks'
Hey,
the first time everything works alright, but the second time I use "Last.fm similar" on a different track, I always get the same results. The only workaround seems to empty the playlist and do it again. Then it works fine. Is this a normal behavior of am I doing anything wrong?
Thanks
Tom

Are you sure you are using it on a different song? The module works on the playing song, not the selected song or something like that.

Okay, this makes sense. I always right clicked on a song and expected that this song is chosen.
Thank you for your quick response. This is an awesome plug-in. I'm discovering treasures in my music collection, I wouldn't have thought of.
