ASIO is a professional format which can generally only be used by one application simultaneously which means if Silverjuke has the Audio device open no other app can use it until you close Silverjuke. I might be wrong but this is in my Experience. Apps like Wavelab and Cubase have a switch built in which says releases the ASIO driver when not playing back. ASIO will only benefit you if you have huge amounts of Disk streaming (24-48 Simultaneous I/O tracks) as that was what it was designed for.
