I think maybe Silver Eagle uploaded the wrong one or didn't change something in the dll

Works:
a) When you select an Album the track list pops up
If you then do nothing the idle timer works and returns you to the main cover view screen.

b)If you go to the search screen.
Do a Search > Select A Track and the 'Play This Song' box appears.
If you then do nothing the idle timer works and returns you to the main cover view screen.

c)If you go to the search window.
Then do nothing the idle timer works and returns you to the main cover view screen.

Does not work as I expected:
If you go to the search screen.
Search for something artist or song (the search results appear).
Then do nothing the idle timer returns you to the main cover view screen with the albums listed from the partial search.

example
I search for 'ABBA' in my case the search results show tracks from ABBA and black sABBAth as expected ok.
I then do nothing. The idle timer returns to main cover view screen and shows me
Covers for 2 ABBA albums and 1 black sABBAth album.

I was expecting it to return me to the main screen without the search filtered so I would see all my covers much like what happens if you use the search result tool (available for download) with the silveriness touched cover.

This is same in normal or kiosk mode.

When I close down silverjuke with this skin, I get a line 133 error. export not found... Also, the silverjuke karaoke screen comes up after it sits idle for a while even though I think I have the setting on silverjuke to not go to visualization...

Ok, this is the first beta version that I have installed, so maybe I'm missing something. I do not see this button in the topright corner to config the main screen layout. I wish to disable the borders, change the font, and get rid of the album year. But I cannot find any place to do so. The SJ "fonts and covers" setting does not seem to work in this skin.

Additionally, this skin tells me that I have SJ configured to only allow a maximum of 16 songs in queue. I cannot find any advanced SJ setting to modify this. A little help would be appreciated.

PS - What's with the dedicated button to enter visualization mode? I found that odd. I assume that I can simply touch the screen to exit out of visualization mode back to the main screen?

'Alt' +_'P' on the main SJ window and the settings menu will appear
Select the 'Playback' button then the 'queue' tab this is where you will find the queue length setting

Do you not have the small icons in the top corner of the border like in this picture ?

They do not appear if you are in party mode.

I have this box UNchecked, so the queue limitation is grayed out and should not apply. Yet this skin still informs me that I have a 16 track queue limit.

No, I do not have these icons. Yes, I checked for them in both windowed and kiosk mode and they simply are not there. I restarted SJ, still no icons. Perhaps there is a setting that I need to enable for them to appear?

Other skin notes:
- I see that the "Next" and "Previous" buttons now loop the album selections. Meaning, that if you are looking at albums that begin with "A" you can now tap the "Previous" button to loop backwards to albums that begin with #s, "Z", "Y" and so on. I suppose this makes sense but will just take some getting used to.

- Album art is now cached on-the-fly before the screen redraw takes place. If I choose not to cache album art upon startup, then start to browse albums by tapping the "Next" arrow, the following screen will not begin to draw ANY content until all of the album art has been loaded. In the non-beta version the screen would draw all of the GUI, and individually display album art as it was loaded. The new version is VERY annoying, as it makes the user think that their input was not received since it may take 3-5 seconds for the the next screen to appear. Obviously the workaround for this is to cache all album art upon startup. But you might as well make caching album art upon startup mandatory, since not selecting this option makes the skin practically unusable. (Note: my music and album art is located on a network mounted drive - not local to the jukebox machine)

Seems it may be a bug as even when greyed out the queue length setting seems to apply in Kiosk mode.

To stop it applying outside of kiosk mode you need to goto the skin options by clicking on the spanner icon in the top right corner and there is a seting:
'In windowed mode apply same restrictions as in kiosk mode' set this to 'NO' to ignore the queue limit when not in kiosk mode
(of course if you don't see those icons you won't be able to do this)

I can't reproduce that. Could you post again if this problem persists with the next beta?

You found a bug. Fixed in next beta.
