New layout - List of artists - are you interessted?

Hi,

I'm just thinking about a new layout in which I want to show all artists which are in the actual Silverjuke database and show them on one page. After clicking on a name Silverjuke will show all disks/titles of this artist.

1. are you interessted in such a layout?
2. how many artists do you have in your databse?
(in order to make it easier, I wrote a small script which is counting for me(yes I know I'm lazy, no need to mention it again )

I'm very interested in this feature, I tried to find out how many different artists there are in my database, but your script doesn't work on my system (?)
Anyway without counting it must be more than 1000.

You need to have Silverjuke 2.52 beta 11. You can download it here: , second post.

Can you please let me know what kind of error message you've got with the script? Which SJ version are you using.

P.S. feedback on the Alu screen is highly welcomed.
