The parser is the same, we assume the described behaviour is true for file names only. File names are totally different in packed and in unpacked files, eg. c:\myskin.sjs\file.xml <-> c:\myskin.sjs#zip:file.xml, this may result is slightly different error corrections ...
So, to create valid skins and XML-files please never forget the quoted.
