Am I missing something, that know one will chime in? I just want to know what I can do to make it work?

I abandoned my MAC for a windows 10 64 bit machine. I can not get any one touch skins to run. I have loaded the tools dll and the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. Is there anything I can do?

Blue touch looks great, but i can't run it on this mac mini that would work great for the project and silver touch requires a double tap.
