hier mal wieder ein kleines Update der Beta-Version mit vielen Bugfixes - und wenigen neuen Features.

Aus dem Changelog:

V2.10beta5 (13.09.2006)

* MP4 tags and embedded covers are read now
* New option "Read hidden files" in the source options of a folder, defaults to "on"; this is useful eg. for covers saved by the Windows Media Player with the "hidden" attribute
* Added case-insensitivity for german umlauts and special characters of other languages
* New skin attribute "hideCreditInDisplay"; this may be used for the "currCredit" target
- Fixed a little "zoom" bug introduced in V2.10beta3
- Corrected the forwarding of UTF-8-encoded strings to the web services for cover and information search
- If not yet done, existing databases are automatically converted to UTF-8 (*)
- Fixed a bug that lead to crashes when saving ID3-tags with bad genre data
- Different decoders that use the same extensions (eg. AAC and ALAC both use .m4a) can be used at the same time now
- Allowing lower case Xiph-comment identifiers in Ogg-tags
- Improved vis. stopping
- "Auto Play / Wait N Minutes" now also pauses autoplay for the given time span
- Mac OS X port updated

Ältere Änderungen und eine Karaoke-Testdatei findet ihr und .

(*) Dieser Schritt war eigentlich schon seit der Version 2.00 fällig, ich wollte aber einen Moment warten, damit die Datenbanken zu der 1.er Versionen kompatibel bleiben und man bei Problemen zurückwechseln kann. Wenn Silverjuke ab der Version 2.10beta5 das erste Mal gestartet wird, wird die Datenbank von ISO-8859-1 nach UTF-8 konvertiert. Nach der Konvertierung ist die Datenbank kompatibel zu allen Silverjuke Versionen ab 2.00 - sollte also kein Problem sein. Werden UTF-8 Datenbanken in Silverjuke 1.xx geöffnet, sind die Umlaute falsch.

Kleine Roadmap

Neben Bugs wird zur finalen Version 2.10 wahrscheinlich nur noch die Punkte und " erledigt werden.
