There is definitely something wrong with my system. I cannot access any URL entered the way you explained. I resetted the brwoser preference to Ineternet Explorer. All the link in the Folder options seem right, yet, I cannot access a URL.

I have may small problems, so I guess I will have to reinstall Windows.

Thanks for you help. I will try the program again, when I have fixed my system.

Does the default browser work at all? If you select "Execute" from the Windows Start Menu and just "http://www.silverjuke.net", does the browser open correctly? Normally, you can define the default browser in the Windows control panel at "Software".

If you get the error message in Silverjuke, is there a "More >>" button in the message window? If so, please also post the additional errors here. Alternatively, you can send a screenshot of the error to [/i]drsilver AT silverjuke.net[/i].

Would the program be compatible with the keyboard itself, or with the Microsoft Keyboard settings app?

No, Online help does not work either. However, I checked in Firefox if it was the default browser, and it is. Should I check somewhere else in Windows (XP Pro BTW) if Firefox is registered as the default browser?

Thank you for the quick answer!

Hard to answer this as I do not have such a keyboard... however, I'll check the code and I'll have a look to the MSDN database. Ask to the other readers in this forum: Do you use the multimedia keyboard keys with Silverjuke and do they work for your?

No, I'm also using Firefox and everything is fine. Are you sure a default browser is set? Does the "online help" buttons (eg. in the "Settings" dialog) work?

I just downloaded the trail version today. It look very promising. However, I encountered a few problems:

1- The multimedia keys of my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard do not work, even after I checked the option specific to multimedia keyboard. I had a few other programs that uses those keys (WinAmp, and Media MOnkey), but I deleted them, to make sure they weren't interfering, and the problem is still there.

2- I tried the "Search Cover on the Web" option, and I get an error message saying "Cannot open [whatever site I try to use]". Can this be caused by the fact that I use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer as my main browser?

I really like your program, and considers buying it, but with those problems, I'm not so sure.

Thank you
