So vielen Dank nochmal, werde Silverjuke jetzt erstmal 2 Wochen testen( ob die Peformance auf der Win98-Maschine ausreicht, oder ob ich noch in einen neuen gebrauchten PC investieren muss).

das ist ja unglaublich innnerhalb von 2 Stunden eine neue Version :D ich bin platt....

..leider kann ich erst am Montag die neue Version auf einen Win98-Rechner testen. Werde dann aber eine Rückmeldung geben.

Das Update sollte das oben besprochene Problem mit dem Kiosk-Modus und Windows 98 beheben.

Es wird eine neue Version geben, die dann über die alte "drüberinstalliert" wird. Das Update wird natürlich - wie immer - kostenlos sein.

vielen Dank für den Hinweis. Wir konnten das Problem hier auf einem unserer Windows 98 Maschinen reproduzieren und werden an dieser Stelle schnellstmöglich eine Lösung veröffentlichen.

Was wir schon jetzt sagen können, ist, daß nur der Kiosk-Modus und nur bestimmte Windows 98 Installationen betroffen sind.

Jetzt wollte ich das ganze mal auf einem PII-400MHz-PC mit Windows 98 testen.

Leider funktioniert da der Kiosk-Modus nicht. Wenn ich in den Einstellungen auf Kiosk-Modus klicke wird Silverjuke mit einer "Schutzverletzung" beendet.
Ein Neustart ist möglich, allerdings kann ich dann die Einstellungen nicht öffnen, da Silverjuke wohl gleich die Einstellung für den Kiosk-Modus anzeigen will.

Gibt es da eine Lösung wie ich das Programm zum Laufen bekommne??
