Need some help with Linux OS to use.

I currently use Ubuntu Desktop version and work great, but i need something that could boot straight into SilverJuke without showing desktop.
Any ideas what minimal Linux OS could be used to boot straight into SilverJuke and takes almost no extra applications.

Any info of what you guys out there are using?
