I think, we won't implement such a feature in Silverjuke; it seems to be too too specific.
However, maybe this is already possible in Ubuntu itself, resp. in the gstreamer backend that is used by Silverjuke and many other audio applications (I think they will be affected by the same law).
In gstreamer, you can easily create a "pipeline" with various filters, decoders, demuxers, file readers and so on, see the gstreamer documentation for details. A gstreamer pipeline as "decrypt | autoaudiosink" would be great - again maybe sth. like that is already possible, maybe you can ask the gstreamer experts for this issue.
If this is possible, you can edit the gstreamer pipeline in Silverjuke at "Settings / Advanced / Further options / Output: GStreamer-Pipeline":
