we have received your test files and they work well - thank you.
However, we have no problems in playing them. So we assume the same as Frenchi above, you have not switched over to the karaoke prompt.
So here is a detailed explanation:
(1) Start the Song "Linda" - this song is tagged rather strange, however you can find it by entering 03-02 into the search window.
(2) When the song is playing open the vis. window by clicking the icon in the lower left corner
(3) In the vis. window, click on the little gray arrow in the upper left corner
(4) From the appearing popup menu, select "Karaoke prompt". For steps (2) to (3), please also have a look at the following image:
(5) When done, the vis. window displays the karaoke lyrics. Moreover, right of the little gray arrow the text "Karaoke Prompt" is displayed now:

-That cdg files work, I use winamp or windows media and works.
-The Silverjuke play the mp3 file but not show the letter (the cdg files don´t appears, only the mp3 files)
-When I trie to open the karaoke prompt, pressing F2, silverjuke show the espectroscopio, but not show the song letter.
I don´t know what´s the problem!

-- Are you *really*, the CDG-files have *exactly* the same name as the belonging MP3-files? eg.
c:\karaoke\track1.mp3
c:\karaoke\track1.cdg
(from http://www.silverjuke.net/user-guide/karaoke.html )
